기술적 배경
TCP 자동 조정은 시작시 및 데이터가 전송되는지의 연결 RTT를 측정합니다. 수신 된 데이터 만 있고 전송할 데이터가없는 연결의 경우이 측정 값이 정확하지 않을 수 있으므로 결과 RWIN이 너무 작게 유지됩니다. 빠른 인터넷 연결 및 높은 대기 시간 (예 : 유럽에서 미국으로의 50Mbit/s 연결 또는 모바일 광대역 연결)으로이 동작을 쉽게 확인할 수 있습니다.

많은 사용자가 인터넷 연결에 사용할 수있는 최대 속도를 얻지 못합니다. 대부분의 경우 Windows 7/ Windows Vista의 TCP 자동 조정에서 전체 다운로드 속도를 사용할 수 없습니다. 다른 경우에는 다운로드 프로그램이 오늘날의 고속 연결 용으로 작성되지 않았습니다. cFosSpeed의 RWIN 확장은 TCP 연결의 수신 창 크기를 현재 연결에 적합한 값으로 동적으로 확장하여 이러한 다운로드를 가속화합니다. 이것은 예기치 않은 속도 향상으로 이어집니다!
